December: Turquoise soap + Cinnamon Tree Ornament —
September: Sapphire Soap + Salt Scrub Bar — Curls of white soap dance amid the alluring, atmospheric scented blue. This is an invigorating scent that brings to mind the ozone-heavy freshness of an evening storm.
The sapphire is viewed as "a gem that protected its wearer from captivity, brought peaceful thought over their enemy, and gained favors from people of power and authority." It's even presumed to keep secrets! (birthstone.guide)August: Lemongrass Peridot Soap + Lemongrass Scented Candle — The golden hues of August's birthstone, the peridot, are matched with the luscious and herbaceous lemony scent of lemongrass, with the addition in this product of lemongrass essential oil. Colors move in ombre layers from dark chartreuse to golden lemon, and have a bit of sparkle thanks to the mica colorants. Peridot soap “gems” are propped atop this tall, hand-decorated soap, alongside golden bursting beads.
Peridot has been commonly called the "gold stone" and the usage of the name "peridot" dates back to the 13th century. For much of this time, the stone has been confused with golden topaz or emeralds as they occur in similar colors. At one time in its history, the peridot was valued more highly than the diamond. July: Strawberry Rhubarb Soap with Ruby Streusel + Fruity Foamy Bubble Bath Bomb with Strawberry Leaves — Nothing says summer to me like rhubarb! This sweet and fruity soap looks and smells like rhubarb cake with sweet, syrupy glaze and streusel topping. To keep with our 2021 Birthstones theme this year, this topping made with soap ruby streusel! Moving south to Texas, and only expending minimal effort (native perennials) to have a blooming garden, I have taken for granted that rhubarb would not be a summertime treat for me. This soap changes that!! Just remember, soap is not edible: Use all senses but taste to enjoy this! ;)
The ruby has had many symbolic meanings throughout time and around the world: charity, dignity, divinity, life, and happiness. This gem was one of the gems in the magical necklace of Vishnu, one of the most important holy gods in Hinduism. (birthstone.guide)

ion entry is a lovely pearlescent white bar with a feathered gray interior. A soap pearl is embedded atop seashell-look decoration, with sprinkles of white bursting beads. Elegance epitomized. Accompanying this month's soap-scription purchase is summer floral scented, whipped body butter. Its deep conditioning comes from rich avocado butter and seaweed extract. “There it lay, the great pearl, perfect as the moon.”--John Steinbeck. In the Middle East pearl was the gem of purity preserving wearers’ integrity, even offering protection for those who work at sea. Cleopatra was rumored to use this birthstone for medicinal purposes. It has been believed that pearls lose their luster if they are kept away from human body warmth. In the most recent times, pearl has become a symbol of high refinement and has been considered the birthstone for a cultured person. (birthstone.guide)
